New York Times Magazine Publication with a special feature on "The History of America: Edited by the State of Texas."
This feature revolved around the legislative banning of 850 books from Texas public schools. I decided to shred books myself and shape them into symbols of Texas in order to demonstrate the actions and attitude of representatives who support this legislation.
